Terms:
once the animal is in your care you are responsible for its health and rehabilitation
we may or may not do an inspection of your property prior to or after an animal has been placed with you
animals have not been evaluated for temperment by an animal behaviorist
if you rent we may ask for signed approval from your landlord before an animal may be placed
food will be supplied in the following ways:
Dogs: Dog food is Supplied, dogs are wormed prior to realese
Cats: Cat food is supplied, cats are wormed prior to realese
Birds: Pellets and or seed supplied, you are responsible for fruit and veggies
Ferrets: Same as Cats
Hamsters etc: Food will be supplied, not bedding
You must live within 20 miles of Romulus, Mi to be concidered for foster status
If at the end of the foster period (1 week to 1 month) you wish to adopt the animal there will be little to no adoption
fee (usually 10% of original fee if over 100 dollars)
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE THE ANIMAL FROM YOUR CARE AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON
FOSTERING AN ANIMAL DOES NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ADOPT THE ANIMAL
FOSTER PARENTS ARE FIRST IN LINE WHEN IT COMES TIME TO ADOPT, HOWEVER, SOME ANIMALS MAY NEED TO BE PLACED IN SANCTUARY
SO THEREFORE MAY NOT BE ADOPTABLE.
We MUST have a vet reference and personal reference to concider you for foster status. Please include vet info in application
and notify him/her that we will be contacting them
